Report Delivery Options
BC Biomedical offers a variety of report delivery options: electronically via Excelleris (www.excelleris.com), autofax, and hard copy. Please contact Client Services at
604-507-5040 or 1-800-565-1441 ext. 5040 to discuss the report delivery method which best suits your office.
Results by Phone
Physicians can contact our Client Information Centre by phone at 604-507-5070 or
1-877-507-5595 for test results by phone.
After Hours Reporting
BC Biomedical Laboratories now performs most testing on the day of collection, consequently, we frequently identify critical results after regular office hours. It is necessary in these situations that we have a reliable means of contacting the ordering physician or his/her designate.
Please ensure that BC Biomedical Laboratories has either your cellular, pager, home phone number or an alternative means of reporting critical results after hours. To update our files, please contact Client Services at 604-507-5040 or 1-800-565-1441 ext. 5040.
STAT Reporting
STAT test results are reported within 7 hours of test collection, Monday to Saturday. For all STAT orders, please ensure we have an alternate after hours telephone number in order to reach you with the results as soon as they are available.

"Please Phone" Service
“Please Phone” tests are run within our normal testing schedule. The results are phoned to the requesting physician. For “Please Phone” requests, include the phone number on the lab requisition at which the physician can be reached with test results.
