BC Biomedical was featured in the September edition of "The Express" (Shaw TV). The feature is about electronics recycling, and highlights the Electronic Recycling Association (ERA). Paulo Branco, Facilities Maintenance Supervisor at BC Biomedical, talks about how BC Biomedical donates old computers and electronics to the Electronic Recycling Association, who in turn, refurbishes them and then donates to charities and those in need.

About the Electronic Recycling Association
The ERA collects computers, laptops, and electronics for donation and recycling. Once items come to the ERA warehouses they are tested and sorted by age and quality. Reusable items are refurbished, donated or resold. End-of-Life items are recycled with government approved recyclers in Canada.
